Where do you deliver?

At Just Bake we deliver to anywhere in the UK and European Union.  If you live outside of these areas and would be interested in becoming a customer of Just Bake, please email us to info@justbake.co.uk and let us know. We are always looking at ways to expand our business and please more customers!

In addition, if you live within the United Kingdom NG25 postcode area, we offer a FREE local delivery service. To take advantage of this FREE delivery service, simply order your baking products as usual through the website. On receipt of your order, Just Bake will refund the delivery charge. 

Which states within the European Union do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 27 states within the European Union. These are:

Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Spain, Romania, Cyprus, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden and Bulgaria.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

At Just Bake, we aim to package and dispatch your order within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). We will contact you by email if we think there may be a delay in dispatching your order. 

For United Kingdom deliveries we use the Royal Mail 1st Class postal service to deliver your goods. In most cases, this means that your goods will arrive with you the following day. However, as this is not a guaranteed service, please allow up to 7 working days for your goods to arrive. If your goods have not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at info@justbake.co.uk.

For European Union deliveries (excluding the United Kingdom) we use the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. This service provides additional reassurance as it requires a signature on delivery. Royal Mail aim to deliver goods within 3 to 7 working days. If your goods have not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at info@justbake.co.uk.

How will my order be packaged?

At Just Bake we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. For this reason, your order may be packaged in a recycled box. We take care and pride in our packaging to ensure that your goods are packaged well and that you receive your goods in perfect condition.

What are the Terms & Conditions of your business?

Do you sell in bulk/wholesale?

At Just Bake we sell some of our products in bulk / wholesale. We currently offer cupcake cases and cupcake wrappers in bulk quantities. If you are interested in buying a different product from us in bulk quantities, please email us to info@justbake.co.uk and let us know. We are always looking at ways to expand our business and please more customers!

I have a nut allergy, do you handle nuts at Just Bake?

Just Bake do operate in an environment where nuts are present. If you are unsure about any of our products, please contact us by email to info@justbake.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help and answer your query.

I’m looking to buy a product but I can’t find it on your website?
